【目的】 建立合适的方法解决混合抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血的血型定型和抗体鉴定? 【方法】 分离标本的血清和红细胞,将红细胞进行轻度热放散和氯喹放散实验后,用于ABO正定型?Rh血型抗原分型和后续的自身吸收实验;取适量患者血清,加入等量O型红细胞进行抗体吸收,吸收后的血清用于ABO反定型实验;分别采用PEG法和自身吸收法对自身抗体进行吸收,比较两者的吸收时间?吸收次数?吸收后血清抗体鉴定结果;取适量红细胞进行乙醚放散,放散液用于抗体鉴定?
