本文从气相色谱法分析检测葡萄酒的条件优化入手,得到具有良好分离效果的色谱柱及最佳色谱条件,用毛细管柱和GC-MS联用的方法分析了不同品牌葡萄酒的特征组分及相互之间的差别,并对白酒和黄酒酒质进行侧而对比,从而初步得出鉴别葡萄酒品质的依据.

变压器油中特征气体组分自动前处理技术

气相色谱分析油中特征气体可诊断运行变压器状态,发现设备内部缺陷,提前进行计划性检修可避免设备缺陷发展成故障。但实验室色谱分析油的前处理工序主要依赖人工,人工操作造成的数据误差从而导致设备状态误判。文中研制了变压器油色谱自动前处理装置,首先分析了自动前处理关键技术,然后完成了自动前处理装置设计和样机,最后进行了数据准确性和重复性验证,符合色谱检测标准要求,可以代替人工对油样的前处理,为状态检修提供有效支撑。

胶浸纸浸油式套管的色谱异常原因分析

目前通过溶解气体分析(DGA)诊断油浸纸套管内部缺陷已经比较成熟。对于胶浸纸浸油式套管,浸泡胶浸纸材料的绝缘油分解产物与油浸纸绝缘系统缺陷产生的油分解产物有所差异,能否直接采用油纸绝缘系统的DGA分析法判断内部缺陷的类型和程度有待研究。笔者以一起220 kV胶浸纸浸油式套管油色谱异常案例为例,分析了胶浸纸浸油系统中绝缘油色谱的特点及油色谱异常的原因,可作为该类型套管故障诊断的参考判断依据。
