Gongye shui chuli, 2012 N-(1-萘基)乙二胺偶氮分光光度法是测定水样中苯胺的标准方法 (GB 11889-1989),对其测定结果产生干扰的因素很多。重点考察了盐度对此方法测定苯胺的影响。试验结果表明:随着盐度的增加,测定值降低,相对误差增大。经统计分析得出:含盐和无盐条件下所测定的结果之间具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。对比稀释和蒸馏两种去干扰法的效果,稀释法优于蒸馏法。
