汕头地区泌尿生殖道感染解脲脲支原体和人支原体检测情况及耐药性分析
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的探讨汕头地区泌尿生殖道解脲脲支原体（Uu）和人支原体（Mh）感染情况及耐药情况。方法随机抽取855例泌尿生殖道感染病例,采用药敏试剂盒进行Mh、Uu培养、鉴定,并与9种抗菌药物进行药敏试验,分析其耐药情况。结果 855例病例标本中,检测出Uu阳性307例（35.9%）,Mh阳性15例（1.8%）,Mh与Uu混合阳性76例（8.9%）。Uu与Mh药敏率较高的是普那霉素、交沙霉素、多西环素和四环素等抗生素,耐药率较高的抗生素是环丙沙星、氧氟沙星等。结论汕头地区泌尿生殖道Uu和Mh病原体感染率较高 ...

野生动物学报, 2022 为探究北京野生动物园2例黄金蟒(Python bivittatus)死亡的病因,通过大体剖检和观察、组织病理学检查、细菌分离培养、革兰染色镜检和16S rRNA基因测序等方法诊断,并对分离菌株进行体外药敏试验。结果显示:分离菌株为2种革兰阴性短杆菌,根据16S rRNA基因的同源性比对,判定2菌株分别为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和粪产碱杆菌(Alcaligenes faecalis)。对8种抗菌药物的药敏试验结果表明,2菌株对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、氯霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素、
