Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的了解本院呼吸道假丝酵母菌的菌种分布及药敏结果,为临床治疗假丝酵母菌感染提供依据。方法采用科玛嘉显色培养基及法国生物-梅里埃的API 20 C AUX假丝酵母菌鉴定板和ATB 3 Fungus假丝酵母菌药敏板进行假丝酵母菌的鉴定和药敏检测。结果呼吸道假丝酵母菌感染以白色假丝酵母菌为主（74.8）%;其次为热带假丝酵母菌（13.5%）、光滑假丝酵母菌（8.8%）。药敏结果显示对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、伏立康唑的敏感率较高。结论假丝酵母菌的菌株鉴定和药敏试验为临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供了可靠依据。
