Effect of home nutrition support and nursing intervention on patients with enteral nutrition [PDF]
目的 探讨居家营养支持护理干预对预防家庭肠内营养支持患者并发症发生和提高护理工作满意度的效果。方法 以在我院实行家庭肠内营养支持治疗与规范化护理模式的213例患者作为观察组；在南京市某三甲医院进行家庭肠内营养支持治疗及传统护理模式的185例患者作为对照组，比较两组患者6个月后的并发症发生率及对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组患者在导管堵塞和腹泻发生率方面明显低于对照组（P＜0.01），对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（97% vs.74%，P＜0.01）。结论 ...

The clinical value and nursing experience of early postoperative enteral nutrition for patients with cardiac cancer or esophageal carcinoma [PDF]
目的 探讨贲门癌、食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养的应用方法、临床价值及护理体会。方法 159例贲门癌、食管癌患者随机分为早期肠内营养组(试验组)和早期全肠外静脉营养组(对照组)。试验组80例在术中经鼻留置营养管，术后经营养管给予管饲肠内营养制剂“立适康”；对照组79例患者未进行肠内营养，采用早期全肠外静脉营养。通过检测两组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间以及并发症的发生率等指标，对两组营养方式进行比较。结果 试验组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)
