目的 表皮葡萄球菌能黏附于医疗器械表面形成高耐药的生物被膜,针对表皮葡萄球菌及其生物被膜的新型抗菌药物研发已成为研究热点。本研究通过药物重新利用,探讨L型钙离子通道阻断剂匹维溴铵(pinaverium bromide,PVB)与苯唑西林(oxacillin,OXA)联合使用对表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌作用。 方法 表皮葡萄球菌临床菌株于2022年1至9月收集于中南大学湘雅三医院检验科。通过微量肉汤稀释实验检测PVB和OXA的最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)。

目的:探究金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒的多重PCR快速检测及产肠毒素耐药。方法:收集环境涂抹物7份,提取总样本DNA对14种食源性致病菌多重PCR检测,检测样品葡萄球菌肠毒素ELISA。并按照食品安全规定分离鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌,分离的菌株分析其耐药与肠毒素基因分型(SEA-SEE)。结果:多重PCR与ELISA检测台面涂抹物和病例中样本金黄色葡萄球菌与肠毒素均是阳性。经分离得出金黄色葡萄球菌3株、10株,分别带有肠毒素基因,台面涂抹物与病例样本均带有毒素基因分离株,并带有相同肠毒素基因的菌株耐药效果一致 ...
