Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 目的 分析产科尿标本细菌分布及耐药情况，旨在为临床患者的合理用药提供依据。方法 收集2019年1月至2022年12月北京妇产医院产科就诊患者尿液标本分离菌276株，使用法国梅里埃VITEK 2 COMPACT自动分析仪进行细菌鉴定、药敏试验，手工药敏试验采用K-B法及E-test法。结果 276株分离菌中共检出革兰阴性菌216株(78.26%),革兰阳性菌52株(18.84%),真菌5株(1.81%)。革兰阴性菌中主要致病菌大肠埃希菌185株(67%),其中产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株37株 ...
