目的 探讨苏州地区住院患儿血流感染病原菌的分布和耐药特征,为该类患者的血流感染诊治提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年12月南京医科大学附属苏州医院血培养阳性患儿的临床资料、病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果 896例血培养阳性患儿中,新生儿719例(占80.2%),非新生儿177例(占19.8%)。在分离出的926株病原菌中,以革兰阳性菌为主(65.9%),革兰阴性菌占33.4%,真菌仅占0.8%。最常见的病原菌为表皮葡萄球菌(32.6%),其次是头状葡萄球菌 ...
