血清淀粉样蛋白A1(SAA1)是血清淀粉样蛋白A家族的其中一种蛋白,其本质属于一种载脂蛋白。另外SAA1还是一种急性期蛋白,在炎症和组织损伤反应中高度表达。这种蛋白可能是某些肿瘤的潜在生物标志物。在SAA1与肿瘤发展的关系方面,目前许多研究者对此进行了深入的实验研究和理论探索,目的旨在为一些肿瘤疾病的诊断提供新的思路,本文就近些年来对SAA1与肿瘤发展的研究进展加以综述。
