Highlights Diabetic kidney disease is a progressive disease with the pathology of glomerular damage and loss of podocytes. Sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) can be expected to decrease the amount of podocyte excretion. 目的应用小鼠肿瘤模型,通过血管内皮细胞生长因子表达肿瘤微血管密度,了解血管抑素抑制肿瘤血管新生。方法免疫组化测定血管内皮细胞生长因子,通过肿瘤微血管密度表达肿瘤血管生长的情况,探讨肿瘤血管新生发生的可能机制。结果血管内皮细胞生长因子在肿瘤中的表达较少,主要表达在内皮细胞中。结论血管内皮细胞生长因子可以表达肿瘤血管密度,证明血管抑素可以抑制肿瘤血管新生。
