微粒体在缺血性卒中的作用 The Role of Microparticles in Ischemic Stroke

【摘要】 在血管内皮功能障碍、急慢性血管炎症和高凝状态下均可发现由血小板、白细胞和内皮细胞释放的微粒体。不同种类的微粒体在缺血性卒中病理过程中的作用有所不同:缺血性卒中患者外周血白细胞微粒升高,高水平的白细胞微粒体能加重血管内皮细胞损伤,血浆中长期及高水平的血小板微粒体可诱导微血管血栓形成。另外,不同种类的微粒体均能反映血管内皮损伤的程度,诱导内皮细胞功能失调,加重内皮功能障碍,同时微粒体中携带的信使RNA和微小核糖核酸等能促进内皮细胞增殖,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生血管生成,使斑块更易破裂出血。
