人血管内皮细胞在白血病小鼠中参与形成微血管的研究

【目的】研究人血管内皮细胞在建立NOD/SCID小鼠白血病微血管中的作用。【方法】NOD/SCID小鼠分3组:A空白对照组,B注射EC组,C建立白血病模型后注射EC组。通过免疫组化对NOD/SCID小鼠骨髓的血管生成及全身肿瘤负荷情况进行评价。【结果】C组骨髓微血管密度明显大于A、B组,白血病新生的微血管分支多紊乱,管腔较不规则,血管形态幼稚。【结论】用人血管内皮细胞成功建立NOD/SCID小鼠白血病微血管生成模型,可用于抗白血病血管生成及相关实验的研究。

氧化三甲胺(TMAO)是在人体摄入富含胆碱、左旋肉碱、卵磷脂等高脂营养物质后经肠道微生物转化后生成三甲胺(TMA),而后在肝脏的作用下生成的一种小分子化合物[1]。有相关研究表明,心血管疾病及不良心血管事件的发生与TMAO的产生、代谢过程相关,因此TMAO或可作心血管疾病诊断及治疗的潜在靶点[2,3]。本文就TMAO的生物学特性及其与心血管疾病的联系进行综述。
