Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1996 本文对经ＭＲＩ确诊的８５例脑卒中急性期患者的磁共振血管成像（ＭＲＡ）资料进行了分析。ＭＲＡ显示脑内血管形态异常者５８例（６８．２％），其中脑梗塞组４７例（７１．２％），比传统的血管造影术显影率高。脑卒中急性期脑血管成像表现为４种类型：①完全闭塞；②不完全闭塞；③血管稀少、血流减慢；④血管移位变形。脑梗塞组以①、②型表现者占９１．７％，而脑出血组则以④型为主要表现形式。
