糖尿病微血管并发症累及全身各个器官,导致糖尿病患者寿命下降和生活质量降低。血管新生是糖尿病微 血管并发症的基本病理特征,而血管新生抑制因子在血管新生平衡调控和糖尿病微血管并发症发生发展中起了重要作 用。本文就血管新生抑制因子与糖尿病微血管并发症的研究进展及治疗前景作一综述,包括血管新生抑制因子与糖尿病 各种微血管并发症(糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足、糖尿病勃起功能障碍和糖尿病肾病等)等的关系,最后概述了糖尿病微 血管并发症的临床治疗现状与内源性新生血管抑制因子在其中的应用前景。

女性2型糖尿病患者血糖控制与骨密度关系的分析 [PDF]

【目的】研究女性2型糖尿病患者血糖水平与骨密度的关系。【方法】以73名女性2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据血糖控制情况分为血糖控制良好组32例和血糖控制不佳组41例,采用双能X线骨密度仪测定所有患者腰椎及股骨近端的骨密度,并与年龄和绝经年限相匹配的女性健康对照30例进行比较。【结果】血糖控制良好的糖尿病组和对照组各部位的骨密度值均比血糖控制不佳的糖尿病组高,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。血糖控制良好的糖尿病组和对照组比较,各部位的骨密度值差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。【结论 ...

目的肝糖原贮积病(GSD)患者有反复的低血糖发作。本研究的目的是调查分析儿童肝糖原贮积病(GSD)日常血糖及生化指标,为预防低血糖发作和临床管理提供数据支持。方法横断面现场调查研究,收集2024年7月14日在广东省人民医院儿科进行医患交流义诊活动的肝GSD患者及家长的临床资料,现场采集患者及家庭对照者的外周血,检测和分析两组间血糖及生化指标的差异。结果44例肝GSD患者中男34例,女10例。亚型包括GSD Ib型14例、Ia型15例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅵ型7例,Ⅸ型6例。年龄为7.60(5.08~11.98)岁,
