妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期血脂水平对产后糖脂代谢的影响 [PDF]

Yixue kexue ban, 2020 【目的】探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者孕期血脂水平对产后糖脂代谢的影响。【方法】随访确诊为GDM并完成产后复查妇女416例，根据孕期血脂分为孕期血脂正常组（n=82）和孕期血脂异常组（n=334），收集产后4-12周一般人口学资料，检测OGTT血糖、胰岛素水平以及血脂水平，比较两组产后糖脂代谢参数差异。【结果】GDM妇女产后早期糖代谢异常率为38.5%，血脂异常发生率为34.4%；孕期血脂异常组产后总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均明显高于孕期血脂正常组，其中孕期高TC血症和高LDL ...

Even in participants with normal LDL‐C levels (<130 mg/dL), a 1‐SD increase in LDL‐C levels was significantly associated with a higher risk of diabetes development.
