目的 探讨通过改进临床带教方式，加强对传染科护生进行针刺伤职业防护培训的效果。方法 收集本科室2012年度178名护生中发生的17例针刺伤案例资料和采用有针对性的防范对策及职业防护培训后2013年度传染科护生针刺伤资料。结果 2012年度传染科护生针刺伤发生率为9.55%，而2013年度传染科护生针刺伤发生率降至3.4%。结论 护生针刺伤发生率较高，通过职业防护培训提高其防护意识，同时规范各项护理技术操作，可有效控制针刺伤的发生。Objective: To discuss the effect ...

目的 探讨延续护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者生活质量和服药依从性的影响。方法 将73例完成治疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为观察组（37例）和对照组（36例），出院时均按照常规进行出院指导。观察组出院后给予3个月延续护理。3个月后，比较两组患者的生活质量、服药依从性。结果 在躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况5个方面，以及服药依从性的得分，观察组均大于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义(р<0.05)。结论 延续护理可以提高多发性骨髓患者的躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况 ...
