Huli yanjiu, 2004 [目的 ]探讨医院在护理人员缺编的情况下 ,对陪护人员实行社会化规范管理。 [方法 ]对陪护人员实行公开招聘、统一管理。上岗前进行业务培训、考核 ,签订用工协议书 ,制定奖罚条例 ,定期考核陪护人员德、勤、能、绩情况 ,随时进行督促检查 ,发现问题及时解决。 [结果 ]实施陪护人员社会化规范管理以来 ,陪护率下降 ,受到护理人员、病人及病人家属的一致好评。 [结论 ]陪护人员社会化规范管理可有效提高病房护理管理质量 ,使医院获得社会效益和经济效益的双赢。
