连续管钻井过程中实钻工具面调整到设计工具面的概率很小,实际定向角度与设计值之间的偏差影响了井眼轨道符合率,严重时会导致定向失败。鉴于此,提出了一种连续管双圆弧定向待钻轨道设计方法,根据实际施工中连续管工具面角调整方式,将工具面角调整约束方程代入整个轨道设计过程中考虑,通过数值计算方法得到轨道设计参数,设计结果既能满足定向设计要求,又避免了定向角度偏差,可提高连续管定向钻井轨迹的控制效率,降低作业风险。设计方法已开发成计算机软件,便于现场应用。

合闸凸轮作为高压断路器弹簧操动机构的核心零部件,其轮廓曲线直接决定着断路器的机械特性。传统的合闸凸轮设计方法是依据断路器合闸行程曲线,反推出凸轮的轮廓曲线。这种方法设计出的凸轮存在动力特性无法准确匹配负载特性、轮廓曲线需要反复试验修正等不足。文中阐述了一种合闸凸轮的优化设计方法,根据该方法设计出的合闸凸轮,动力特性与负载特性匹配性好,输出效率高。最后通过仿真验证和样机试验,证明了该优化设计方法的可行性。
