政府旅游数据开放的评价指标体系构建与组态分析：基于21个省级行政区的数据
大数据在信息时代和智慧旅游背景下，政府主动对外开放内部的旅游数据，有利于充分释放旅游数据资源的商业价值与社会价值。使用变异系数法与熵权法进行组合赋权，构建了政府旅游数据开放评价指标体系，计算21个省级行政区的具体得分，并采用模糊集定性比较方法进行高评价值与低评价值条件组态分析。结果表明：指标体系包含4项一级指标、17项二级指标与51项三级指标，可以对当前省级行政区的旅游数据开放绩效进行有效评价；利用层、数据层是权重较高的一级指标，法律政策效率与内容、平台关系等是权重较高的二级指标；高评价值组态为综合发展型 ...

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2012 通过分析传统方法在方案形成与指标获取方面的不足，综合应用GIS与灰色关联分析，构建了顾及方案形成与指标获取的正常蓄水位优选综合评价模型，并提出了基于GIS的方案指标获取方法.针对现有灰色关联模型对不同评价尺度指标分开处理的局限，改进了灰色关联度分析模型，并引入了相对理想度的概念.通过逆向指标正向化，将正常蓄水位方案矩阵转换为理想度矩阵，使不同量纲的指标数据经归一化后具有相同的评价尺度，从而为关联度计算提供可靠的数据.最后，通过实例证明了 GIS方法的可操作性和综合评价模型的正确性.

Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2003 借鉴国内外研究基础,探讨了区域可持续土地利用管理评价指标设计的结构和原则,并且以农用土地为侧重点,系统提出区域可持续土地利用管理评价的指标体系框架.该框架以整个区域农用土地为对象,以土地质量指标为主体,构建了5个方面的评价标准,即土地质量维持或提高、土地资源的供应与当前及未来需求目标的平衡、非再生资源合理使用、土地资源的非生产功能得到兼顾、良好的社会政策环境支持.并分别建议了评价指标.
