Policy Studies Journal, EarlyView.ABSTRACT In an era of identity‐based partisan polarization, we examine whether social policies can still generate positive attitudinal feedback among beneficiaries. Drawing on nationally representative survey data, we demonstrate that partisanship conditions the policy feedback process through divergent perceptions of group deservingness.

Gaoya dianqi, 2013 笔者对配电网开关柜状态检测与状态评价的实施方式进行了初步探讨,建议对配网开关柜的状态检测分为抽样检测和状态监测两种方式。根据现有的状态检测手段,建议将状态评价分为整体性评价和个体性评价。整体性评价以抽样检测的结果为主要依据,而个体性评价的结果主要以状态监测的结果为主要参考。个体性评价的状态量主要包括基础资料、运行巡视、气体压力、红外测试及局部放电测试。广州地区的实施结果表明该评价方法具有较好的可操作性和可信性。

, 2009 采用多重评价方法与聚类分析法对研究很少的大型江河——沅江下游的水质情况开展了调查、分析和质量评价。主成分分析法评价该江段的水质均属于Ⅰ类~Ⅱ类;加权的Topsis法、综合指数评价法、模糊识别评价法和判别分析法计算也均属于Ⅰ类~Ⅱ类,且方法间重复性较高,相互补充。UPGMA聚类分析发现,沅江桃源江段的水质可分为三个亚区;从修正TSI来看,所调查样点多为中营养水体;Ross法评判发现江段下游水质有变差趋势,除下游靠近县城水体外,多数仅为轻度污染水。总之 ...
