Yixue kexue ban, 2008 【目的】 探讨双气囊小肠镜(DBE)对不明原因腹痛病因诊断的价值。【方法】 66例不明原因腹痛患者,男41例,女25例,年龄(41±16)岁。所有患者均行DBE检查?对检出病变并接受治疗的患者进行12～24个月随访。【结果】 在66例患者中,DBE病变检出率为31.8%(21/66),检出病变以憩室最多,占42.9%(9/21)。对21例检出病变并接受治疗的患者进行随访,16例腹痛减轻或缓解,其临床缓解率为76.2%(16/21)。以随访的结果作为病因诊断,DBE对66例不明原因腹痛患者的诊断率为24 ...
