金属氧化物避雷器比例单元与整只避雷器具有热等价性是动作负载试验和工频电压耐受时间特性试验可行和可信的关键,初步计算运行最大理论温升△Tzmax是检查瓷外套多元件金属氧化物避雷器是否进行热应力的人工污秽试验的前提,而验证热等价性和计算△Tzmax均需将试品加热到120℃。通过对标准内容及试验实例的分析和研究,指出了验证热等价性试验和人工污秽试验的预加热试验的异同点以及进行这两项试验时应注意的几个问题,给出了一些具有参考价值的试验数据和时间温度曲线。

断续电流试验是高压直流输电用晶闸管换流阀的一项重要的型式试验,该试验模拟换流阀在两种不同电压下电流产生断续情况,换流阀能够正常、多次可靠触发的能力。文中讨论了在合成试验回路基础上采用电流源双六脉动桥串并联运行、增加辅助取能装置或调节电压源时序的方法进行断续电流试验,并对上述几种方法进行了比较分析。经过试验验证的晶闸管换流阀在实际直流输电工程中的良好运行证明了合成试验回路断续电流试验方法上的等效性。
