氧化锌电阻脉冲Ⅴ-Ⅰ特性方程在避雷器中的应用

文献提出了一种适用于氧化锌非线性元件的特性方程和测定该方程式常数的方法,它能在电流峰值变化2~3个数量级的范围内,正确地表达电阻片的实际特性,其准确度与电流/电压测试值的准确度相当。我们用文献[1]的方法,对温州某公司的各种避雷器电阻片进行了8/20脉冲Ⅴ-Ⅰ特性方程的验证试验,试验结果证明了它的适用性,并给出了验证试验的结果,同时报道了在验证试验中所发现的以往未知的一些物理现象,据此,可以进一步提高电阻片的保护特性。

避雷器及其比例单元热特性的试验研究

金属氧化物避雷器比例单元与整只避雷器具有热等价性是动作负载试验和工频电压耐受时间特性试验可行和可信的关键,初步计算运行最大理论温升△Tzmax是检查瓷外套多元件金属氧化物避雷器是否进行热应力的人工污秽试验的前提,而验证热等价性和计算△Tzmax均需将试品加热到120℃。通过对标准内容及试验实例的分析和研究,指出了验证热等价性试验和人工污秽试验的预加热试验的异同点以及进行这两项试验时应注意的几个问题,给出了一些具有参考价值的试验数据和时间温度曲线。
