大熊猫孕体B超检查的体位探究

为探索减食期大熊猫（Ailuropoda melanoleuca）孕体B超检查的合适体位，以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地的16只妊娠后期大熊猫为研究对象，在大熊猫减食期开展孕体B超检查。结果显示：9只妊娠后期大熊猫子宫有1或2个孕体；发现孕体的体位有仰躺和非仰躺（趴、侧躺、半蹲和犬坐等）；妊娠后期在非仰躺体位下检测到孕体的时间及孕体的体长与仰躺下的结果相近。通过非仰躺体位对妊娠后期大熊猫开展孕体B超检查大幅减少了对母兽行为训练的要求，改变了现有孕体B超检查思路，更尊重妊娠母兽自身意愿，减少了妊娠母兽的应激反应，

单纯经腹部超声检查与联合经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值分析
