固体绝缘材料内部缺陷形貌的超声检测研究

电力设备长期运行中,绝缘材料内部会产生不同形态的细微缺陷,采用超声检测有助于及时发现缺陷,确保设备的安全运行。笔者根据固体绝缘材料内部缺陷形貌超声检测的要求,通过对不同频率探头测量灵敏度和衰减的对比确定了适用的超声探头频率,分析了影响超声检测灵敏度的因素。在此基础上设计了能准确获取缺陷形貌特征的超声自动检测系统,提出了基于回波特征参量分析的缺陷形貌超声成像方法。采用设计的超声检测系统对人工模拟缺陷环氧试样进行超声扫描验证检测方法的实用性,结果表明:检测系统可以准确识别直径大于130μm的气隙缺陷 ...
