Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 食管憩室(Zenker憩室)常被误诊为甲状腺占位性病变[1-2],许多患者因此行甲状腺外科手术或甲状腺肿物的消融治疗,而造成患者身心受损[3],因此准确诊断、识别食管憩室十分重要。以往国内外医师对Zenker憩室主要诊断是依据X线钡剂造影检查,但钡剂造影存在辐射及一定的局限性,近年来许多学者运用高频超声诊断Zenker憩室,本研究通过回顾性分析经确诊的36个Zenker憩室,探讨双路径超声造影检查的应用价值,为咽食管憩室提供精准诊断依据。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国每年新增达3.96%,已跃居女性恶性肿瘤之首,并呈现年轻化的趋势[1]。乳腺癌常见的转移位置为同侧腋下淋巴结,腋下淋巴结是否转移,对手术方式的选择和临床分期有重要意义,同时也是评估预后的主要因素[2]。目前,针对淋巴结的常规影像学检查包括:超声、CT、磁共振,超声凭借其多项优点成为临床医师的首选检查方式。近年来随着介入性超声的发展,超声引导下穿刺活检和超声造影检查已逐步广泛应用于临床。国内外已有研究表明超声造影对乳腺癌患者腋下淋巴结具有较好的诊断价值[3]。
