2019~2021年某肿瘤专科医院院内感染情况分析 [PDF]
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2023 目的为了解肿瘤医院院感情况及其变化趋势，探讨肿瘤专科医院感染防控重点策略。方法通过医院感染监测系统获取中山大学肿瘤防治中心2019~2021年医院感染质量控制指标数据，采用卡方检验和趋势卡方检验对指标变化进行分析。结果2019~2021年该院院感发生率分别为0.80%、0.78%和0.57%，逐年显著下降（P<0.001）。其中以手术部位和呼吸系统感染较常见，两部位占比分别是35.75%和31.08%。革兰阴性菌和真菌是主要病原体。多重耐药菌院感发生率逐年显著上升，从0.08‰上升至0.14‰（P&

野生动物学报, 2010 为了检测从野生草食动物临床标本中分离的62株奇异变形杆菌对23种抗菌药物的体外活性以及这些杆菌产生超广谱β-内酰胺酶、AmpC酶、金属β-内酰胺酶的情况,正确指导兽医临床合理使用抗菌药物。用API-20E对分离获得的菌株进行鉴定,双纸片协同试验和确证试验筛选超广谱β-内酰胺酶,纸片扩散法检测AmpC酶,改良Hodge试验检测金属β-内酰胺酶,药敏试验采用标准的纸片扩散法。实验证实分离获得的奇异变形杆菌产酶率为25.8%（16/62）,其中超广谱β-内酰胺酶为16.1%（10/62）,AmpC酶为9.7%（

Yixue kexue ban, 2011 【目的】 了解澳门地区医院感染产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)大肠埃希菌的临床分布特点和基因型特征。【方法】 收集2007年12月至2008年2月期间从澳门地区两家医院的临床患者中分离到的大肠埃希菌158株,用表型确定试验确定产ESBL大肠埃希菌。应用PCR方法分别扩增产酶菌株的CTX-M-3、CTX-M-9、TEM和SHV等常见的β-内酰胺酶基因，并结合临床分离菌株的分布特点对PCR扩增结果作进一步的分析。【结果】 澳门地区临床分离的158株大肠埃希菌中，有54株产ESBL，产酶率为34.2%。PCR
