【目的】明确尸食性蝇类卵的形态, 以便于在医学和法医学中的应用。【方法】用扫描电镜机观察杭州地区 4 种 尸食性蝇类卵的形态。【结果】丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇和厩腐蝇卵的超微结构形态各异, 卵的大小、表面形态、中区、 孵出线、卵孔和垂柱皆为重要的鉴别特征。【结论】通过卵壳超微结构可区分常见尸食性蝇类。

应用电镜和细胞化学技术,分别对宁夏枸杞(LyciumbarbarurnL.)花药发育及营养物质积累特点,做了超微结构研究和组织化学分析。主要实验结果如下:1.细胞质等变化特点枸杞小孢子发生和雄配子体发育过程中,主要细胞器发生了2次”细胞质改组”现象。第一次在小孢子母细胞减数分裂的前期Ⅰ--末期Ⅱ,核糖体数量减少,线粒体结构简化,到末期Ⅱ以后,核糖体数量增加,线粒体结构逐渐恢复;第二次在小孢子液泡化以后,核糖体和线粒体数量减少,质体肿胀,到二胞花粉早期,这些细胞器再度渐渐恢复正常。这些现象表明 ...

Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构影响的研究
目的探讨蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构的影响。方法Lactacystin处理体外培养的C6胶质瘤细胞,HE染色后光镜观察细胞的死亡情况,锇铀铅染色后透射电镜观察细胞超微结构变化。结果Lactacystin处理体外C6胶质瘤细胞24 h后,光镜下见胞浆浓缩深染,胞核染色质致密浓缩,透射电镜下见细胞表面微绒毛消失,核皱缩,染色质致密浓缩、边集。结论蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin可以诱导体外C6胶质瘤细胞凋亡。

目的通过观察梗阻性黄疸肝脏超微结构改变进一步探讨其损伤机制。方法采用Wistar大鼠72只,分成胆总管结扎(Common bile duct ligation,CBDL)组、假手术组和正常对照组,每组24只,制成梗阻性黄疸动物模型,利用透射电子显微镜观察并分析梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝组织超微结构及其功能改变。结果肝细胞核形态异常、固缩,线粒体脊断裂、内质网减少且肿胀,毛细胆管扩张、内有胆泥淤积。结论内毒素、肝细胞缺血和Kupffer细胞功能受损可能与梗阻性黄疸肝脏损伤有关。
