采用电絮凝技术去除超稠油高温采出水中的有机物和悬浮物,研究极板面积、电流强度和电压、进水pH、水温对处理效果的影响。结果表明,去除有机物尤其是石油类时,应增大极板面积,提高反应电流,保持反应温度,并在pH中性条件下运行。去除悬浮物,应后置固液分离单元强化絮体去除。电絮凝法能有效去除超稠油高温采出水中的有机物,且不需额外加入药剂,不会恶化循环利用采出水的水质。

超稠油在加工过程中产生大量高浓度乳化废水,常规炼油污水处理场难以处理并导致外排水严重超标。以某稠油加工企业高浓度超稠油乳化废水为研究对象,对其物理化学性质,沉降、破乳、絮凝条件进行了系统研究,并在大量试验的基础上开发出预处理工艺。相应装置建成后运行平稳高效,废水得到高效的处理与污油资源回收。

针对辽河油田超稠油SAGD采出水含油量高的特点,以多元醇、环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺和乙二胺为原料,合成了一种适用于处理超稠油SAGD采出水的净水剂GBEDE-08;并考察了药剂加量、沉降时间和水温对GBEDE-08除油效果的影响。实验结果表明:GBEDE-08不仅除油性能良好,而且除油速度快;在水温90℃、沉降时间90min和投加质量浓度为300mg/L的条件下,可将采出水含油质量浓度从62517mg/L降低到145mg/L,除油率达到99%以上,是一种高效的净水剂。

新疆风城超稠油油田采用反渗透工艺对采出水进行降盐处理,在生产低盐水过程中同时产生浓盐水,即RO浓水。针对RO浓水回注乌36稀油井区展开了实验研究。结果表明:RO浓水满足乌36井区注水指标,对储层的损害弱,是良好的注水水源。RO浓水几乎无硬度,稳定性好,与乌36地层水配伍性好,在注水生产过程中不会发生结垢问题。RO浓水水温较高,可降低原油黏度,有助于提高原油采收率。使用RO浓水代替清水回注,可减少废水排放量,节约清水资源。
