基于新疆油田采出水处理现状、水质特性及处理要求,开发出油田采出水一体化处理技术,并获得成功应用。系统运行负荷高、处理效果好、药剂消耗少、占地面积小,出水水质达标。基于此技术的成功应用,为新疆油田采出水处理提供了新思路。

电磁油水分离是一种新型环保高效的油水处理技术,在导电性油水处理方面表现出明显的优势,是目前的研究热点之一。基于胜利油田典型联合站采出液实测电导率,理论分析了油田采出液的电磁分离过程,并对不同含油量油田采出液的电磁分离过程进行了数值模拟和仿真分析;在此基础上结合油田生产过程,提出了电磁油水分离技术在油田中的应用方式。结果表明:油田采出液电磁分离具有超重力分离和气浮分离的优势,分离效率高;对含油104~105 mg/L的采出液,电磁分离可实现原油富集;对含油103 mg/L的采出液,电磁分离可用于回注水处理。

总结了油田采出水的特性及现场采用的水处理工艺流程,比较不同处理方法的适用范围及优缺点。指出目前油田现场采出水处理存在的问题,特别是对大庆油田聚合物驱和三元复合驱采出水进行了深入分析,阐明了污水处理难度大的原因是聚合物增加污水粘度,表面活性剂使污水严重乳化,并指出处理该污水的有效途径。

为研究致密气采出水回注的可行性,以鄂尔多斯东缘盆地某致密气区块采出水及石盒子组盒8段储层为研究对象,通过水质配伍、黏土膨胀岩心伤害及储层敏感性实验,综合分析采出水水质对回注储层的影响。结果表明:初期采出水经处理后,混合结垢量最大为54 mg/L,配伍性良好;水样无论是单独回注还是混合回注,其黏土膨胀率最大为21.78%,均不会引起黏土膨胀。采出水中悬浮物和含油质量浓度分别限制在10 mg/L和6 mg/L以下,对储层的伤害率低于20%;致密砂岩储层敏感性对回注水主要表现为中等偏弱速敏、弱酸敏。

胜利油田已进入特高含水期,原油综合含水质量分数已达到89.9%,随着采出液含水的不断上升,油田回注后,部分采出水需处理后外排。油田采出水温度与矿化度高, 部分污染物在水中以溶解状态存在,水质复杂, 采用常规的物化处理工艺难以有效去除废水中的污染物。
