, 2016 重症児の発達保障においては, 就学前からの親の意識形成が重要と思われる. 本研究では, 医療的ケア度が高くかつ重度の脳障害を持つ超重症児2児の親を対象に, 児の就学の前後において半構造化面接法によるインタビューを実施した. 就学前の調査では, いずれの児の親についても, 児の発達や教育の必要性に関して否定的・消極的内容あるいは中立的・希望的内容が多かったが, 就学後の調査ではいずれも肯定的・積極的内容が増加した.
