吐鲁番葡萄越冬塑膜覆盖方法及在生态建设中的作用[C]

为减轻葡萄越冬掩埋的劳动强度,2011/2012年冬季,我们进行了黑塑料布双层和单层、白塑料布单层覆盖下的最低温度、最高温度的逐日观测.结果表明,采用塑膜双层覆盖比单层好,双层覆盖中寒冷期最低温度高于单层覆盖1.30~1.53℃,最高温度高于单层覆盖2.57~3.01℃,有利于抵御极端最低气温和长期低温.双层覆盖的生长期比单层增加了3~15天,更有利于葡萄生长.但在转暖期,双层覆盖的最高温度高于单层5.90~9.36℃,有增温过快的温室效应弊病.还提出白塑材料好于黑塑,生长期比黑塑材料增加了12d ...

达乌尔黄鼠季节性肥胖与胰腺功能稳态

储脂类冬眠动物在入眠前的育肥阶段大量积累体脂作为越冬的重要能源物质。达乌尔黄鼠(Spermophilus dauricus)在短短2 ~ 3个月的育肥期间体质量增加近1倍,然而该物种快速育肥过程是否引起糖脂代谢的紊乱以及类似于人类肥胖相关的代谢异常尚不清楚。在本研究中,我们检测了育肥不同阶段黄鼠血糖含量、糖耐受情况、血清和非脂肪类器官中甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸含量以及血清中胰岛素和胰高血糖素含量。结果显示,达乌尔黄鼠在育肥期间血糖保持稳定,心脏、肝脏及肾脏等非脂肪类器官中甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸含量无显著性变化。
