高压隔离开关的工作环境较为恶劣,导致其经常出现各种故障问题,为电网运行带来巨大安全隐患。为提高高压隔离开关的检修质量,提出基于主轴扭矩—转角特性的高压隔离开关缺陷分析仿真。搭建仿真平台,利用非植入式主轴扭矩—转角检测系统测量分闸与合闸过程中主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线,分析高压隔离开关的运动特性。仿真结果证明,卡涩状态下根据主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线得知合闸段的相关系数为0.81,证明高压隔离开关远远偏离正常状态,能够直观反映其存在卡涩缺陷;平衡弹簧疲劳状态下根据主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线得知合闸面积低于分闸面积 ...
