电力电子变压器网侧级联H桥整流器需采用中大功率高压直流电容器来维持直流电压稳定,因此如何稳定直流侧电容电压以及降低电容容值尤为重要。文中首先建立级联H桥整流器平均数学模型,依据瞬时功率平衡推导出直流侧电容谐波数学模型并进一步分析对电路产生影响。提出一种基于陷波器滤波算法用于动态检测并抑制直流电容电压倍频干扰,在不增加直流电容器情况下实现降低直流电容和抑制直流电压振荡,同时采用载波移相调制算法引入脉冲补偿机制实现电压平衡控制。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台验证,结果表明 ...
