Mattering and parental presence in systemic therapy using nonviolent resistance: The utilization of imaginary methods

open access: yesFamily Process, Volume 61, Issue 2, Page 507-519, June 2022., 2022
An empowered sense of “self” is crucial for emotional well‐being and positive relationships. Certain family interaction patterns can disrupt the adult's sense of “mattering” to the child, eroding their perceived self‐efficacy. Mattering can be understood as a felt sense of relational agency which is necessary for experiencing one's interactions as ...

The need for ecocentrism in biodiversity conservation

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 34, Issue 5, Page 1089-1096, October 2020., 2020
Abstract Over the past 5 decades, scientists have been documenting negative anthropogenic environmental change, expressing increasing alarm, and urging dramatic socioecological transformation in response. A host of international meetings have been held, but the erosion of biological diversity continues to accelerate.

open access: yesShuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2022

open access: yesShuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2023

Temporal and spatial variations of rainfall erosivity in the northern and southern regions of Qinling mountains from 1960 to 2017(1960―2017 年秦岭南北地区降雨侵蚀力的时空变化特征研究)

open access: yesZhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2019

open access: yesShuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2020

Video Assistant Referee(ndums): A Populist Weapon or Effective Tool to Stop Autocrats in Competitive Authoritarian Regimes in Latin America?

open access: yesLatin American Policy, Volume 16, Issue 4, December 2025.
ABSTRACT In recent years, video assistant referee systems have been increasingly used to correct unfair decisions in sports. Similarly, I argue that constitutional referendums play a corrective role in hybrid or competitive authoritarian regimes, where the electoral referee is biased and the government enjoys unfair advantages.

Bipartisan Failures: How Political Agendas Undermine Core Ethical Principles in Emergency Management

open access: yesPolitics &Policy, Volume 53, Issue 6, December 2025.
ABSTRACT This paper examines how political agendas across the ideological spectrum compromise ethical principles in emergency management in the United States. Through a literature review and comparative fact‐based scenario analysis, it demonstrates that both conservative and liberal governments have politicized disaster declarations, resource ...
