We assessed the distribution of 14 threatened agamid lizard species using Species Distribution Modeling to identify hotspots for these species' conservation. Based on the results, high‐priority areas of threatened agamids were projected to occur specially in the wet zone.

基于粪便组学的野生哺乳动物肠道微生态研究进展

野生哺乳动物肠道微生态由肠道正常菌群及其所生活的环境共同构成,与动物个体生理和健康密切相关。粪便样品对野生动物肠道微生态的研究具有特殊价值,基于粪便组学将可能从多个角度对野生哺乳动物肠道微生态在外界环境、饮食和疾病等方面提供重要信息。本文主要综述了基于粪便的高通量组学技术及其在野生哺乳动物研究中的应用,重点关注野生与圈养、气候与地域变化,以及疾病状态的肠道微生物组学和代谢组学的研究应用,以期推动生物技术在我国野生哺乳动物研究中的发展,为野生动物保护提供新的研究手段和研究方向。

随着分子生物学的快速发展,DNA技术不断渗透到野生动物保护和研究的各个领域。DNA监管为野生动物的保护执法、国内外贸易管理等方面提供了一个先进的管理技术平台。本文阐述了野生动物DNA监管的主要内容,以及国内外野生动物DNA监管的现状,并对我国野生动物DNA监管的发展提出了4点建议:构建国家统一的野生动物DNA物证鉴定平台、特殊物种实施DNA注册制度、构建野生动物病原微生物DNA鉴定平台以及建立科学技术保障体系。
