Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 目的调查山东省携带blaNDM-5基因大肠埃希菌医院分离株的分子流行病学特点,为医院感染预防和控制提供理论依据。方法收集山东省3家医院2015年3月-2016年12月临床分离的20株对亚胺培南耐药的大肠埃希菌。菌株的鉴定和药敏通过法国梅里埃Vitek-2 Compact系统重新进行。PCR筛选携带blaNDM-5基因的大肠埃希菌,然后对菌株携带的其他碳青霉烯酶、超广谱β-内酰胺酶、氨基糖苷和喹诺酮类耐药相关基因进行扩增,并测序确认。多位点序列分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳分析菌株间的同源性。结果经扩增和测序确认 ...
