DBT参数与CA19-9、ALP的相关性及对乳腺癌的诊断价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的 探讨数字乳腺断层摄影(Digital breast tomosynthesis, DBT)参数与CA19-9、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase, ALP)的相关性及对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年1月到2022年1月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的150例疑似乳腺癌患者，对患者进行检查，以病理检查结果为“金标准”,确诊为乳腺癌的78例患者为研究组，非乳腺癌的72例患者为对照组。检测各组DBT参数与CA19-9、ALP的结果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者AGD、ESE、钙化分数 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的了解尿草酸浓度对大鼠肾草酸钙结石形成和肾组织自由基相关指标的影响。方法将1%、0.75%和0.5%乙二醇溶液和去离子水分别作为四组SD大鼠的唯一饮用水源,观察并比较第0、2、4、6周末时,各组大鼠的尿草酸浓度,24h尿草酸排泄量、肾组织草酸钙结晶沉积情况、肾组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛（MDA）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平。结果随着大鼠尿草酸浓度的升高,肾组织MDA水平明显升高,SOD水平明显下降,最终导致肾组织草酸钙结晶沉积明增多。结论尿草酸能使肾组织产生过量自由基 ...
