尿草酸对肾草钙结石形成和肾组织自由基影响的研究

目的了解尿草酸浓度对大鼠肾草酸钙结石形成和肾组织自由基相关指标的影响。方法将1%、0.75%和0.5%乙二醇溶液和去离子水分别作为四组SD大鼠的唯一饮用水源,观察并比较第0、2、4、6周末时,各组大鼠的尿草酸浓度,24h尿草酸排泄量、肾组织草酸钙结晶沉积情况、肾组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果随着大鼠尿草酸浓度的升高,肾组织MDA水平明显升高,SOD水平明显下降,最终导致肾组织草酸钙结晶沉积明增多。结论尿草酸能使肾组织产生过量自由基 ...
