野生动物学报, 2008 目的:通过对9只来自野外和园内养大的云豹毛中锌、铜、铁、钙4种元素检测,了解云豹对这4种元素代谢特点与产生脱毛症的关系。方法:从云豹尾部的上1/3处采毛,用原子吸收光谱法检测。结果:在所检测的9只云豹中,其中3只患脱毛症的云豹毛中铜元素含量都低于4.4μg/g,其他3种元素所测结果表明与脱毛症均没有直接关系。结论:铜元素缺乏可能与云豹患脱毛症关系密切。

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2008 以0.01,0.05,0.1 mol/L CaCl2溶液浸泡麻疯树种子及以0.01 mol/L Ca(NO3)2喷施麻疯树幼苗叶片.测定了不同条件和处理时间下种子萌发率、叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标,考察麻疯树在干旱胁迫下相关生理指标的影响.实验结果表明,CaCl2溶液浸种提高了干旱条件下叶片相对含水量和Pro含量,降低了叶片的MDA含量;低浓度CaCl2溶液浸种(≤0.05 mol/L)能促进麻疯树种子的萌发势和萌发率,其中以0.01mol ...

Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2019 利用基质栽培水肥一体化技术，设计不同钙素营养供给水平（0，1，3，6 mmol/L），研究钙对无限生长型番茄钙吸收利用及果实品质和产量的影响。结果表明：钙在番茄植物各部位中的分布极不均匀，且同一部位不同时期钙含量差异也很大，植物体内钙的分布和变化受钙素营养水平和气温的影响；随着钙水平的提高，番茄果实钙含量不断增加，缺钙将降低果实的产量和品质，虽然钙与K、Mg、P、N元素之间存在拮抗作用，但是高钙不会造成果实产量和品质的下降；高温会诱导植株缺钙症状及果实脐腐病的出现，严重影响番茄的产量和品质 ...
