采用固相反应法在10551095℃制备了CaCu3Ti4O12电介质陶瓷材料(以下简称CCTO),并研究了不同烧结温度下CCTO陶瓷介电性能的变化,优化出了最佳制备CCTO陶瓷的工艺参数。利用XRD技术研究了不同烧结温度下CCTO陶瓷立方钙钛矿结构的晶格常数的演变过程,通过观察SEM证明了CCTO陶瓷的巨介电常数和晶粒尺寸大小成正比例,最后结合阻抗谱分析技术证明了CCTO陶瓷的低频介电损耗主要由晶界电阻决定,而晶粒电阻的大小直接影响着CCTO陶瓷的巨介电常数 ...
