论文运用钢管混凝土柱变截面折线形牛腿钢筋连接施工技术,解决了RC梁与钢管混凝土柱梁柱节点处钢筋施工、混凝土浇筑的质量保障问题。折线形钢牛腿可使梁纵筋分层焊接于钢牛腿翼缘板面上,让梁筋有足够的焊接操作空间,和良好焊接操作环境,给钢筋锚固质量创造了良好的外在环境条件。钢牛腿变截面翼缘板设计可使节点处混凝土粗骨料易于下落及振捣,使混凝土浇筑质量密实可靠,最主要是混凝土通过牛腿下翼板底的距离变短,减少牛腿地面混凝土蜂窝麻面和不密实。因为钢筋焊全为平焊,节省工时;浇筑混凝土密实,表观质量好,避免返修。

后置钢管式钢筋混凝土柱是一种新型的加固方法,是在外包钢方法、套管约束混凝土方法以及钢管混凝土叠合柱的基础上提出的。采用后置钢管式钢筋混凝土柱对既有钢筋混凝土柱进行加固,是在原有钢筋混凝土柱四周凿出一部分混凝土形成空腔,外包钢板,二者之间的空腔灌浆形成钢管混凝土组合结构,且不改变原有柱的尺寸。在加固施工现场对后置式钢管混凝土加固的柱子进行现场跟踪监测,监测钢管、纵向受力筋和灌浆料的应力变化,研究应力传递规律及轴力分配情况。并用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建模分析对比监测结果。
