钛酸铋钠(简称BNT)陶瓷作为无铅陶瓷的一种,具有优良的电致应变、剩余极化以及高的居里温度等性能,可以应用在储能、制动器、电容器和脉冲等领域。采用在钛酸铋钠陶瓷中掺入Sr元素,并于1170℃下高温固相烧结,制备陶瓷样品。利用XRD、SEM、介电测试仪、铁电分析仪等仪器,测试分析(Bi0.5Na0.5-xSrx)TiO3陶瓷的晶体结构、微观形貌、介电性能以及储能密度。材料在x=0.02时晶粒尺寸最为均匀;XRD表明了材料具有典型的钙钛矿结构、无第二相生成;在1kV、1Hz的条件下,x=0 ...
