High‐Value Targeted Conversion of Copper Slag as LiFePO4 Material for Lithium‐Ion Batteries
ABSTRACT The massive stockpiling of copper slag (CS) presents severe environmental and resource‐waste challenges. Existing strategies for CS valorization typically yield low‐value‐added products. Herein, we propose an innovative hierarchical regulation approach to transform CS into high‐performance LiFePO4 (LFP) cathode materials.

笔者深入研究了采用静电喷涂无铅玻璃釉工艺来制备金属氧化物电阻片的制造技术。研究内容包括:1)在一定配方比例的无铅玻璃釉粉料基础上,采用高速离心喷雾造粒制备所需要静电喷涂粉料;2)采用流化床静电喷涂机喷涂无铅玻璃粉料工艺;3)无铅玻璃粉料的热处理玻化;4)性能试验:以D42 mm×27 mm规格电阻片为例,可以满足4/10、120 kA的大电流冲击3次。从研究的结果来看:1)在金属氧化物电阻片制造中应用静电喷涂无铅玻璃釉,可以实现“无铅”化环保制造过程。2)材料的利用率达到85%,可以满足节约原料的目的 ...

河南内乡县板厂铜多金属矿辉钼矿Re-Os年代学及硫、铅同位素地球化学特征
板厂铜多金属矿床是东秦岭造山带近年来找矿取得重大突破的一处以铜为主的多金属矿床,其上部发育脉状铜铅锌银矿化,下部发育铜钼矿化.通过对矿石中辉钼矿开展Re-Os同位素定年、对花岗岩进行锆石U-Pb定年,结合硫化物的硫、铅同位素特征,讨论了矿床的成矿时代、矿床成因及成矿动力学背景.6件辉钼矿Re-Os模式年龄为149.8±2.4 Ma~151.5±2.3 Ma,加权平均年龄为150.7±1.9 Ma,等时线年龄为151.0±4.6 Ma,显示成矿作用发生于晚侏罗世.矿区南部纸坊沟花岗斑岩体的锆石U ...

铅封作为最普遍的高压电缆金属铅护套或铝护套的中间连接方式,有着极重要的密封防水作用。为了确保高压电缆安全稳定运行并提升电缆服役寿命,需要对电缆接头的铅封状态进行定期检查,降低铅封开裂带来的安全隐患。文中首先分析了高压电缆铅封开裂的原因,并对比了针对其裂纹缺陷常用的检测方法,提出了利用涡流检测技术对高压电缆铅封裂纹缺陷进行检测的方法。文中分析了涡流检测技术的原理及信号处理方法,并通过COMSOL有限元软件仿真、模拟实验和现场检测验证了采用涡流技术对高压电缆铅封开裂进行检测的可能性。研究结果表明 ...
