在高压电器产品中,为保证产品有良好的导电性能,其核心零件经常采用铝及铝合金镀银处理,但是此类零部件在镀银前需进行前期处理,还要进行特殊中间处理。该项目采用的中间处理工艺属浸锌工艺,是对普通浸锌工艺优化,采用降低主要成分的浓度来降低溶液的粘度,同时添加各种金属离子(如镍、铅、铜),使金属离子与锌离子共沉积,改变电极电位,改善锌与基体的结合力。结果显示通过改进普通浸锌工艺的溶液配方,避免了外购价值太高的浸锌溶液,而且可提高镀银合格率,降低生产成本。

氧化锌避雷器是电力系统中的重要设备之一,其性能的好坏直接影响到电网的安全稳定运行。为了能够有效监测氧化锌避雷器的运行状态,及时发现氧化锌避雷器的缺陷故障,避免重大事故的发生,文中对500 kV氧化锌避雷器进行了不同位置受损及受潮情况下的升温试验,分析了500 kV氧化锌避雷器在各种运行工况下的温度分布特性。试验表明:氧化锌避雷器单节电阻片击穿受损时,温升速率最显著的是其相邻避雷器节;氧化锌避雷器电阻片受潮时,受潮位置的温升速率最快、幅值最高。试验所得结论为通过温度判据进行避雷器故障诊断提供了真实数据 ...
