Plant nutrient‐acquisition strategies contribute to species replacement during primary succession
Pioneer species Hippophae acquires phosphorus and nitrogen mainly by ‘mining’ and N2‐fixing strategies and thus dominates in the beginning of primary succession. As soil nutrient availability increases with the mobilization of apatite‐P and input of N‐rich plant residues, Hippophae' strategies become less efficient than Populus's scavenging strategies.

目的 比较不同消化酶对体外培养的原代乳鼠雪旺细胞的影响。方法 取1周龄SD乳鼠坐骨神经,分别用胰蛋白酶、胶原酶Ⅱ型、混合酶消化,相同方法及实验条件下进行雪旺细胞培养,观察细胞形态、计算2 4h贴壁活细胞百分比及MTT微量比色法比较细胞的生长增殖状况。结果 胰蛋白酶消化组细胞收获量相对最小,细胞损伤程度较大;胶原酶组细胞有一定程度损伤;混合酶组细胞收获量最大,细胞生长状态较好。结论 单纯使用胰蛋白酶或胶原酶消化对原代雪旺细胞的活性及增殖有一定影响,采用胰蛋白酶与胶原酶联合消化效果较好。

为了获悉圆端形椭圆钢管混凝土偏压长柱的理论计算模型和受力性能,考虑了圆端形椭圆截面特征,提出了圆端形椭圆钢管混凝土本构关系等效方法;基于有限元法建立了圆端形椭圆钢管混凝土长柱在偏压作用下的理论分析模型。对钢材强度、混凝土强度、偏心距、径厚比、长短轴比和长细比等诸多参数进行了系统分析,评价了各参数对圆端形椭圆钢管混凝土长柱偏压承载力的影响,揭示了其破坏模式。研究结果表明:圆端形椭圆钢管混凝土偏压长柱的承载力随着混凝土强度和钢材强度的增大而增大;随着偏心率、径厚比、长短轴比和长细比的增大而减小。最后 ...
