目的探讨血清对U937细胞分化成熟及细胞周期的影响。方法应用乙酸肉豆蔻佛波醇（PMA）诱导U937细胞分化,血清作为调节因素,通过倒置显微镜观察细胞的形态与贴壁情况并计算细胞贴壁率并依此作为细胞分化成熟的标志,采用流式细胞仪测定细胞周期的变化。结果 FCS+PMA组细胞贴壁生长;其他3组细胞悬浮生长;细胞周期测定结果显示,与FCS组相比,NOFCS、NOFCS+PMA和FCS+PMA组的G1期细胞明显增多,S期细胞明显减少 ...
