雌激素孕激素及促性腺激素对卵巢癌细胞株H0-8910 体外生长的调控
【目的】探讨雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)及促性腺激素(FSH)对卵巢癌细胞株体外生长的调控。【方法】采用四甲基 偶氮唑蓝(MT T)比色法比较细胞数目, 用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期。【结果】10 -12 mol/ L E2 和10 μg/ L FSH 作用48 h 能显 著促进卵巢癌细胞株H0-8910 细胞增殖, E2 和FSH 分别使S 期和G2/ M 期细胞比例增加。P 能抑制卵巢癌细胞株H0-8910 细胞生长, 且对细胞生长的抑制作用对剂量有依赖性。【结论】卵巢癌细胞株H0-8910 ...

冷弯薄壁型钢拼合工字形截面柱畸变屈曲及相关屈曲轴压性能试验与直接强度法研究
为了研究冷弯薄壁型钢拼合工字形截面柱畸变屈曲及相关屈曲性能和完善直接强度法,对56根不同横截面和长细比的LG550冷弯薄壁型钢拼合工字形截面柱进行了轴压试验。试验结果表明:拼合工字形截面轴压试件表现为畸变和局部相关屈曲以及畸变、局部和整体相关屈曲两种破坏模式。对于发生畸变和局部相关屈曲试件,长细比对其承载力影响较小;但对于板件宽厚比相对较小、长细比较大发生畸变、局部和整体相关屈曲的试件,其极限承载力和刚度随长细比的增大逐渐降低。螺钉间距和端部螺钉群对其承载力影响较小。螺钉连接可满足各肢协同工作要求 ...

We developed an effective ex‐situ conservation approach for an endangered orchid species, Dendrobium sinominutiflorum. A compatible fungal strain Tulasnella sp. was obtained by using in‐situ seed baiting technique. The Symbiotic germination with Tulasnella sp. significantly promotes seed germination and seedling growth.
