The challenge of managing threatened invasive species at a continental scale

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 37, Issue 5, October 2023., 2023
Abstract The European Union's (EU) environmental legislation establishes common measures to prevent the entry and spread of invasive non‐native species and to minimize their impacts. However, species that are native to at least one member state but non‐native and potentially invasive in others (NPIS) are in limbo because they are neither legally ...

open access: yesGaoya dianqi, 2023

open access: yesDianci bileiqi, 2020

Non-specific TVLA method based on two-sample KS test [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
Test vector leakage assessment (TVLA) is prone to “false negative” when the power consumption sample size is small. To address this issue, it was found that for non-specific TVLA, when the power consumption sample size changes, the test statistic t-values

Drivers of bat researchers’ intent to adopt field hygiene practices

open access: yesConservation Biology, EarlyView.
Abstract Infectious disease is a growing threat to wildlife, with zoonotic transmission most likely at the human–wildlife interface. One underappreciated activity at this interface is fieldwork with wild animals, but associated risks can be mitigated through field hygiene (FH) practices, such as using personal protective equipment and other appropriate
