[目的 ]探讨大蒜原汁对脂质过氧化和超氧阴离子的影响。 [方法 ]将鼠肝制成匀浆加大蒜原汁 ,用脂质过氧化测定和超氧阴离子测定法检测大蒜的抗氧化活性。 [结果 ]大蒜原汁能显著抑制丙二醛的生成 ,清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基 ,且在一定浓度范围内有剂量 -效应关系。 [结论 ]大蒜原汁具有抑制脂质氧化作用和清除超氧阴离子的作用。

银簇合物的结构复杂,功能多样,受到人们的广泛关注。这类化合物的合成往往涉及多个组分(多金属中心和多种配体)的有序结合,具有极大的挑战性。多数银的簇合物见光易分解,提高其稳定性是一项重要的工作。前期的研究表明,采用多因素控制的方法,选择具有保护功能的炔银或硫银作为前驱体,通过内嵌阴离子模板、引入外围抗衡阴离子等手段,可以控制合成一系列结构新颖的高核银簇合物。随着对于银簇合物研究的不断深入,人们把关注的焦点逐渐转移到对其性质调控和功能改性上。因此,本文选定银簇合物最重要的特点之一—发光性质,作为主要研究对象。
